Customer regulations
ARTICLE 1: OBJECT
Our goal is to welcome you in the best conditions and to best prepare your experience in our beauty center. The purpose of these regulations is to specify the rules of hygiene, safety, responsibility and behavior in the establishment.
Our center is dedicated to hairdressing, aesthetics and wellness treatments. Access is with or without an appointment (depending on availability) during opening hours. The customer will be able to access the equipment and installations for which he will have paid a payment (cash payment, fixed price, subscriptions).
Each customer acknowledges having read these rules intended to preserve order, hygiene and safety within the establishment. You can find all the practical information and the general conditions on our website (www.beautymirror.ma).
ARTICLE 2. RULES OF COURTESY AND KINDNESS
Customers must renounce anything that is contrary to morality and contribute to the maintenance of security, calm and order. Intimate relations are prohibited in the establishment. To preserve the peace and quiet of other guests, guests should remain discreet and speak quietly throughout the center. They are strictly forbidden to shout, speak aloud, run, jump...
Correct and respectful behavior is required towards everyone, including towards Beauty Mirror staff. The use of mobile phones, laptops, audio or video players or any other electronic device remains authorized in silent mode. It is forbidden to take photos or film the premises without authorization from the management.
Any breach of these guidelines of good conduct may result in immediate exclusion from the center without any compensation or reimbursement. Management reserves the right to refuse or exclude any person with indecent behavior. The latter cannot claim any reimbursement or compensation. Beauty Mirror staff apply the house rules to all customers.
ARTICLE 3. PROVISIONS RELATING TO MINORS
Our treatments are reserved for adults.
Children and minors can be accommodated if accompanied by a parent. Minors are placed under the responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults. They must remain permanently close to the latter who have a constant surveillance obligation. A tolerance is granted to unaccompanied minors from the age of 15, subject to providing written authorization from the parents and on presentation of an identity card. The services of the entire card can be provided to guests over 15 years of age.
Without proof of identity and without authorization, the staff of Beauty Mirror reserves the right to refuse access to the establishment or certain services in certain circumstances. The Management reserve the right to prohibit access to anyone who cannot prove their age.
ARTICLE 4. SAFETY, HEALTH AND PHYSICAL FITNESS
Beauty Mirror is insured for damage involving its civil liability and that of its personnel. Beauty Mirror cannot be held liable in the event of an accident resulting from non-compliance with the rules of procedure or the instructions specific to each activity, or in the event of inappropriate use of the equipment and installations.
Customers use Beauty Mirror's facilities at their own risk, notwithstanding Beauty Mirror's obligation to maintain them in a state that guarantees the safety of persons. The responsibility of Beauty Mirror will not be engaged if any incident occurs in its premises outside opening hours to the public.
To avoid slipping, walk carefully, as in several areas of the center the ground can be wet. Wearing mules or non-slippery shoes is mandatory in the establishment.

Special attention is required if you have one of the following diseases (non-exhaustive list): non-stabilized heart or respiratory failure, infectious and contagious diseases, cancer being treated, serious psychiatric disorders, neurological pathologies in the acute phase, acute cardiovascular pathology or recent surgery (less than one month), oozing dermatoses or unhealed wounds, any cardiac condition being treated (pacemaker, arteritis, anticoagulant treatments), uncontrolled high blood pressure, venous disorders (with or without varicose veins, phlebitis or even old pulmonary embolism, edema), rheumatological conditions (inflammatory flare-up, sciatica, herniated disc, prostheses or metal parts), neurological diseases (Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, dizziness), lack of autonomy.
The management reserves the right to refuse access and care for people with at-risk pathologies, such as aggravated skin lesions (warts, fungal infections, etc.), suffering from nasopharyngeal infections (angina, ear infections, etc.). ) or characteristic signs of contagious diseases. A medical certificate may be required by the Management.
Pregnant women are accepted and their care will be adapted according to the evolution of their pregnancy. Certain services are not recommended for pregnant women, in particular the hammam (contact us).
Children cannot accompany their parents as part of their treatment, neither in the cabin nor in the waiting area. Our staff will not take care of it.
ARTICLE 5. USE OF EQUIPMENT
The center's equipment must be used with all due care.
In the event of improper or careless use, soiling attributable to visitors, damage to or loss of loaned objects, the customer accepts responsibility for the resulting damage.
Any deterioration of the equipment could engage the civil liability of the customer, the costs of repair or replacement being charged to him.
It is strictly forbidden to climb on the equipment with your shoes. The start-up of the equipment and their programming is ensured by our staff only.
ARTICLE 6. PERSONAL EFFECTS
A mini cloakroom is at your disposal in the rest room to store your belongings during your hammam. The management declines all responsibility in the event of theft or damage to your personal belongings, including in the cloakroom.
The provision of a cloakroom does not imply any obligation of surveillance. The customer must take care to lock it and check that each device is securely locked. He must carefully keep the key until the end of his stay in our center. We thank you for returning the key to the cloakroom when leaving the centre.
Beauty Mirror cannot be held responsible in the event of the disappearance of personal effects deposited near the facilities. Jewelry and other valuables must be placed inside the duly locked cloakroom, or preferably, kept at home. Beauty Mirror cannot be held responsible for forgotten items.
Customers are informed that heat and water can cause alterations on certain materials. This is why we cannot take responsibility for damages occurring in particular to glasses, watches, jewellery, clothing or any other object that the customer is carrying with him. The use of electronic devices, even waterproof, remains the responsibility of customers and no claim will be accepted in the event of damage (splash, humidity, etc.).
ARTICLE 7. RULES RELATING TO HYGIENE
The facilities must be used in strict compliance with hygiene rules. For this reason, we ask our kind customers to come showered just before the practice of care.
All our materials are disinfected and sterilized in machines provided for this purpose. Despite disinfection and sterilization, zero risk does not exist. Our establishment is not responsible for this risk but make sure to put all the necessary measures to avoid it.
The linen required for the hammam is provided for an additional currency unless otherwise stated in the service card. The locker in the break room must be left clean after use.
It is forbidden to urinate in the hammam, to chew gum, to smoke, or to consume drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and food outside the relaxation area. Access is prohibited to people under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or accompanied by animals.
Sun creams and oils are strictly prohibited within the centre.
ARTICLE 8. SPECIFIC PROVISIONS
The duration of the hammam is 1 hour including time in the rest room for undressing, dressing, rest
and the snack break. However, the management reserves the right to add additional time free of charge if no reservation is provided. In the event that the customer is late, an additional late payment may be requested in proportion to the time allowed. If the client's delay disrupts subsequent bookings, the service is automatically canceled and cannot request any kind of refund.
The responsibility of Beauty Mirror, beyond its legal responsibility, is not engaged in the event of breakdown, decommissioning of technical equipment, closure of installations or periodic works.
The Management reserves the right to modify the treatment menu, the prices and the internal regulations in force. The Management of Beauty Mirror reserves the right to close its establishment as well as to modify its schedules without notice. The Management reserves the possibility of carrying out an exceptional technical closure for the needs of repair and maintenance of the installations.
In addition, if necessary, the Management reserves the right to close certain services in the interest of its customers (poor water quality, maintenance of equipment, hygiene or safety) .
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. A small table and chair outside is available for smoking. Please do not throw cigarettes on the ground or on the table or chair.
In the rest room of the hammam, it is mandatory to sit or lie down on a bath towel. The steam room must be used without a bath towel due to the high air humidity. The wearing of jewelry, glasses or contact lenses is prohibited in the hammam, as the humidity and temperatures may be detrimental to their effectiveness or may cause burns.
