Customer regulations
ARTICLE 1: OBJECT
Our objective is to welcome you in the best possible conditions and to prepare your experience at our beauty center as effectively as possible. These rules are intended to specify the hygiene, safety, liability and conduct requirements within the establishment.
Our center is dedicated to hairdressing, beauty treatments and wellness services. Access is available with or without an appointment (subject to availability) during opening hours. Clients may access the equipment and facilities for which they have made the required payment (cash payment, package or subscription).
Each client acknowledges having read these rules, which are intended to maintain order, hygiene and safety within the establishment. You can find all practical information and general terms and conditions on our website (www.beautymirror.ma).
ARTICLE 2. RULES OF COURTESY AND PROPER CONDUCT
Clients must refrain from any behavior contrary to good morals and must contribute to maintaining safety, calm and order. Intimate relations are prohibited within the establishment. In order to preserve the peace and comfort of other guests, clients must remain discreet and speak quietly throughout the center. Shouting, speaking loudly, running, jumping, etc. are strictly prohibited.
Proper and respectful behavior is required toward everyone, including Beauty Mirror staff. The use of mobile phones, laptops, audio or video players, or any other electronic devices is permitted only in silent mode. Taking photographs or filming the premises without management authorization is prohibited.
Any failure to comply with these rules of conduct may result in immediate removal from the center without any compensation or refund. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove any person displaying inappropriate behavior. Such person shall not be entitled to any refund or compensation. Beauty Mirror staff apply these internal rules to all clients.
ARTICLE 3. PROVISIONS RELATING TO MINORS
Our treatments are reserved for adult women only. Children and minors may be admitted if accompanied by a parent. Minors remain under the responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults. They must remain close to them at all times, and the accompanying adults are required to supervise them continuously. Unaccompanied minors aged 15 and over may be accepted provided that they present written parental authorization and an identity document. All services on our treatment menu may be provided to guests over the age of 15.
Without proof of identity and authorization, Beauty Mirror staff reserve the right to refuse access to the establishment or to certain services in specific circumstances. Management particularly reserves the right to refuse access to anyone who is unable to provide proof of age.
ARTICLE 4. SAFETY, HEALTH AND PHYSICAL FITNESS
Beauty Mirror is insured for damages involving its civil liability and that of its staff. Beauty Mirror cannot be held liable for any accident resulting from failure to comply with these internal rules or with instructions specific to each activity, or resulting from inappropriate use of equipment and facilities.
Clients use Beauty Mirror facilities at their own risk, notwithstanding Beauty Mirror’s obligation to maintain them in a condition that ensures the safety of individuals. Beauty Mirror shall not be held liable for any incident occurring on its premises outside public opening hours.
To avoid slipping, please walk carefully, as the floor may be wet in several areas of the center. Wearing slippers or non-slip footwear is mandatory within the establishment.
In all circumstances, the client declares that they have previously consulted a doctor to confirm their fitness to undergo the service booked at our establishment.
Particular attention is required if you suffer from any of the following conditions (non-exhaustive list): unstable heart or respiratory failure, infectious or contagious diseases, cancer currently undergoing treatment, severe psychiatric disorders, acute neurological conditions, acute cardiovascular conditions or recent surgery (less than one month), weeping skin conditions or unhealed wounds, any heart condition under treatment (pacemaker, arteritis, anticoagulant treatment), uncontrolled high blood pressure, venous disorders (with or without varicose veins, phlebitis or pulmonary embolism, even if previous), edema, rheumatological conditions (inflammatory flare-ups, sciatica, herniated discs, prostheses or metal implants), neurological diseases (Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, dizziness), or reduced autonomy.
Management reserves the right to refuse access and treatments to persons presenting high-risk conditions, such as aggravated skin lesions (warts, fungal infections, etc.), rhinopharyngeal infections (tonsillitis, ear infections, etc.), or characteristic signs of contagious diseases. A medical certificate may be required by Management.
Pregnant women are welcome, and their treatment will be adapted according to the stage of their pregnancy. Certain services are not recommended for pregnant women, particularly the hammam (please consult us).
Children may not accompany their parents during treatments, either inside treatment rooms or in waiting areas. Our staff cannot provide childcare.
ARTICLE 5. USE OF EQUIPMENT
The center’s equipment must be used with the utmost care.
In the event of improper or careless use, stains caused by visitors, damage, or loss of loaned items, the client shall be responsible for the resulting damages.
Any damage to equipment may incur the client’s civil liability, and repair or replacement costs may be charged to them.
It is strictly prohibited to climb onto equipment while wearing shoes. Equipment may only be switched on and programmed by our staff.
ARTICLE 6. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
A small changing area is available in the relaxation room for storing your belongings during your hammam session. Management accepts no liability in the event of theft of or damage to your personal belongings, including items stored in the changing area.
The provision of a changing area does not imply any duty of supervision. Clients must ensure that it is locked and verify that each locking device is properly secured. They must keep the key safely until the end of their visit to our center. Please return the changing-room key when leaving the center.
Beauty Mirror cannot be held responsible for the disappearance of personal belongings left near the facilities. Jewelry and other valuables should be placed inside the properly locked changing area or, preferably, left at home. Beauty Mirror cannot be held responsible for forgotten items.
Clients are informed that heat and water may damage certain materials. Therefore, we cannot accept responsibility for damage occurring in particular to glasses, watches, jewelry, clothing or any other items worn by the client. Electronic devices, even if waterproof, are used under the client’s own responsibility, and no claims will be accepted in the event of damage caused by splashes, humidity, etc.
ARTICLE 7. HYGIENE RULES
The facilities must be used in strict compliance with hygiene regulations. For this reason, we kindly ask our clients to shower immediately before receiving treatments.
:
All our equipment is disinfected and sterilized using machines designed for this purpose. Despite disinfection and sterilization, zero risk does not exist. Our establishment cannot be held responsible for this risk but takes all necessary measures to minimize it.
Linen required for the hammam is provided for an additional charge unless otherwise stated on the service menu. The locker in the relaxation-room changing area must be left clean after use.
It is prohibited to urinate in the hammam, chew gum, smoke, or consume drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) or food outside the relaxation area. Access is prohibited to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or accompanied by animals.
Please note that the use of henna, hair dyes, as well as sun creams and oils is strictly prohibited within the center. This measure is intended to preserve the quality of our facilities and the comfort of all our clients.
ARTICLE 8. SPECIAL PROVISIONS
The hammam session lasts 1 hour, including the time spent in the relaxation room for undressing, dressing, resting and taking a refreshment break. However, Management reserves the right to add extra time free of charge if no other booking is scheduled. If a client remains beyond the allotted time, an additional late fee may be charged in proportion to the extra time used. If the client’s delay disrupts subsequent bookings, the service will automatically be cancelled and the client shall not be entitled to any form of refund.
Beauty Mirror’s liability, beyond its legal obligations, shall not be incurred in the event of breakdowns, technical equipment being taken out of service, facility closures or periodic maintenance work.
Management reserves the right to modify the treatment menu, prices and internal rules in force. Beauty Mirror Management reserves the right to close the establishment and to modify its opening hours without prior notice. Management also reserves the right to carry out exceptional technical closures when necessary for repairs and maintenance of the facilities.
Furthermore, when necessary, Management reserves the right to suspend certain services in the interest of its clients (poor water quality, equipment maintenance, hygiene or safety).
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. A small table and chair are available outside for smoking. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground, table or chair.
In the hammam relaxation room, it is mandatory to sit or lie on a bath sheet. The hammam itself must be used without a bath sheet due to the high level of humidity in the air. Wearing jewelry, glasses or contact lenses is prohibited inside the hammam, as humidity and high temperatures may impair their effectiveness or cause burns.
